What an investment partnership means

01

Actual audited net profit

Participation is based on the funded activity’s actual audited net profit, without a guaranteed return or advance promise. Loss is possible.

02

Physical operating assets

Funding supports operations, physical assets and infrastructure required by each sector’s plan. Disbursement follows agreed objectives and approvals; realisation depends on market and operating circumstances.

03

Sector or whole-group scope

The final agreement defines funded activity, reporting, rights and distribution. These are not interchangeable automatic products.

04

Potential future ownership

Two participation routes may be discussed: an ownership interest based on independent valuation and legal procedures, or contractual profit participation under applicable rules. Rights and obligations require the final agreement; no allocation arises automatically from an enquiry.

05

Transparency by agreed permissions

Relevant reports, data and performance indicators follow agreed access. Digital remote tools are being developed and do not replace contractual reporting or independent review.

Financial disclosure follows management review

Start by reading the first profile immediately without an account or contact details. Speak with management only if you choose to continue to the initial financial presentation and detailed study.

WGS · GOVERNANCE

Four ascending levels of oversight

Reporting and access are agreed contractually. This website describes the framework; it does not grant access to private records.

01

Executive management

Daily business and approved plans within defined authorities.

02

Internal financial control

Separate sector accounts, periodic reports and asset and stock inventory.

03

Independent monitor or auditor

Review accounts, cash flows and assets within the investment agreement and access permissions.

04

Board or highest oversight body

The applicable legal structure determines the body that reviews escalated material findings and major decisions. This describes the oversight framework, not a claim that a planned holding board is already constituted.

The reporting frequency and policies described here are to be adopted in the framework activated with investor entry. Existing procedures and additional partnership arrangements must be distinguished. This overview does not make future oversight rights automatically effective.

Conflicts of interest and related parties

Some leaders share family ties. Continuity is supported by prior disclosure of personal interests, recusal from approval, documentation of related-party transactions at market terms, and presentation to the oversight body.

Periodic follow-up

  • Monthly operating report
  • Quarterly financial statements
  • Quarterly asset and stock inventory
  • Quarterly review meeting
  • Independent audit according to agreement
Independent review: scope, representation and rights

An investor may appoint an independent monitor, international accountant or auditor, or an authorised representative. Board membership, observer status, an oversight committee, segregated partner accounts or joint signatures depend on the legal structure and explicit agreement. Access is limited to relevant data; it does not confer automatic daily-management authority or account-freezing powers.

  • Relevant reports
  • Sector accounts
  • Cash flows
  • Major expenditure
  • Stock and assets
  • Clarification requests
  • Escalation to the upper oversight body
  • Review meetings
  • Investment-related data
Material-error escalation: eight steps
  1. Identify the finding
  2. Document supporting evidence
  3. Notify executive management
  4. Allow an appropriate clarification or remedy period
  5. Escalate material findings to the upper body
  6. Temporarily suspend a decision at clear financial or legal risk, only within contractual authority
  7. Record the outcome and corrective action
  8. Track completion of the corrective action

Sector management is tied to responsibilities and performance indicators. A gradual independent-management model and profit-linked management incentives are contemplated according to sector results and the agreed governance structure.

WGS · RISK MANAGEMENT

Eight risk categories, explicit management policies

Risk controls mitigate exposure; they do not guarantee capital, liquidity or profit.

01

Currency exposure

Price and value in suitable currencies and maintain appropriate liquidity. Currency losses remain possible.

02

Gold-price volatility

Focus on craftsmanship fees rather than metal-price speculation; align purchases with orders and separate metal value from manufacturing fees.

03

Operating risk

Written purchasing, pricing, disbursement, reporting and authority policies.

04

Stagnant inventory

Periodic liquidation through auctions and dealer platforms, with stock monitoring. Resale speed and asset value are not guaranteed.

05

Regulatory change

Ongoing follow-up with a law firm and certified accountant in Türkiye; each agreement still requires legal and financial due diligence.

06

Supplier dependence

Diversified procurement and sourcing relationships and alternative supply options.

07

Asset loss or damage

Comprehensive vehicle, gold-stock and factory insurance where available and commercially viable; periodic inventory and coverage review. Insurance is not a guarantee of complete recovery.

08

Execution quality

A structured process from site inspection to handover; evaluate quality and performance before scaling.

Palestine: political and geopolitical risk

Palestine-linked operations can be affected by political and security conditions outside management control, disrupting trade, supply, liquidity, movement and operations. Existing activity does not make new exposure risk-free.

  • Distribute operations geographically with Türkiye as the principal centre; reassess feasible redeployment.
  • Do not concentrate new capital in one high-risk region or lock it into illiquid assets without review.
  • Alternative suppliers, factories and markets; careful inventory distribution and business-continuity plans.
  • Separate political and operating assessment before any Palestine expansion; periodic risk review and suitable insurance where available and viable.

Before you continue

The questions that clarify the next step.

Answers drawn from the approved group overview. Detailed terms remain part of direct review.

Can I study one sector or the whole group?

Yes. Explore the five sectors and discuss your scope with management. The final agreement defines the activity, rights and investment structure.

Why are financial figures not public?

Investment structure, return and distribution details are shared only in files two and three after the management meeting and a confidentiality agreement where needed. Capital requirements and return percentages are not public. A request does not reserve an investment or accept funds.

What happens after expressing interest?

A management meeting comes before financial disclosure. A confidentiality agreement is signed where needed, then files two and three support financial review and due diligence before any final agreement.

Does the form commit me or accept money?

No. It records interest only; there is no payment, allocation or guaranteed return.

Can I appoint an independent reviewer?

An investor may appoint an independent monitor, international accountant or auditor, or an authorised representative. Board membership, observer status, an oversight committee, segregated partner accounts or joint signatures depend on the legal structure and explicit agreement. Access is limited to relevant data; it does not confer automatic daily-management authority or account-freezing powers.

Are expansion projects already operating?

Operational expansion has two stages only. Existing activities and planned projects are distinguished, and developments follow feasibility and operating-readiness review. Technology & AI is the fifth sector.
