- Content can be superseded, and we update pages without notice.

Accuracy and forward-looking statements
Plans, timelines, ranges and projections are assumptions, not commitments. They rest on demand, cost, permits, currency and time.
A status label says how far something has actually progressed. It is not a forecast, not a grade of quality, and it can move backwards.
A historical figure is what happened. A target is what we aim at. An illustrative example shows arithmetic, not an entitlement.

- Use the site lawfully, including under the law where you are.
- Do not reach accounts, documents or areas you were not given.
- Do not probe the site’s security or disrupt its availability.
- Do not submit false information or apply for someone without authority.
- Do not scrape the site or extract content for a rival product.
- Read, print and share links freely; do not republish the substance.
- Do not use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement.
- Report a security weakness to us before telling anyone else.
§92.4Portal accounts
Portal accounts
A registered account is a separate layer on top of the public site, with its own conditions.
- You keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- What is true and accurate at registration must stay that way; update it when it changes.
- Where multi-factor authentication is required for a tier of access, using it is a condition of that access, not an option.
- You may review and revoke your own active sessions from the account centre at any time.
- We may suspend an account to investigate suspected misuse, and tell you why once the investigation allows it.
- Closing an account does not erase a completed transaction record or a legal retention obligation.
§92.5Data rooms and confidentiality
Data rooms and confidentiality
Being granted a document is being trusted with it. These conditions apply beyond the non-disclosure agreement a data room may also require.
- A document is released to you individually; it is not yours to forward, copy out, or show to someone without their own permission.
- A watermarked document identifies the person it was released to. That mark is not decorative.
- Where a document is marked no-download or no-print, it is provided for on-screen reading only.
- Access is revocable, and an expiry date ends it automatically without further notice.
- Every view and download is logged; unusual activity is treated as a possible security incident, not a formality.
- Confidentiality survives the access itself: it does not end when your permission to view the document does.
§92.6Liability, in plain terms
Liability, in plain terms
We provide the site as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, current or error-free, and we may withdraw any part.
So far as Turkish law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take on general information published here, or for lost profit.
Nothing removes liability that cannot lawfully be removed: personal injury caused by our fault, fraud, gross negligence, and data protection rights.

Governing law and the contracting entity
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The contracting entity and the competent courts appear here once formally verified: naming the wrong court is worse than naming none. Consumers keep the forums the law gives them.
