Answering your enquiry and sending you material you did not ask for are different activities with different justifications. Refusing the second changes nothing about the first.
If you are already an investor and withdraw consent, reporting, notices and anything a document or the law requires still reach you. Those are not marketing.
Turkish rules on commercial electronic messages require consent beforehand. We treat that requirement as the floor, not the target.

- Never pre-ticked: the box starts empty and needs a positive action from you.
- Specific: we say what you will receive, and on which channel, before you agree.
- Separable: email consent is not telephone consent, and either can change alone.
- Timestamped: the wording you saw and the language you read are recorded.
- Withdrawable in one step, without a reason and without a cost.

- Which channels
- The channels you accepted, and the ones you did not.
- Language
- The site language you were reading at the time.
- Withdrawal
- The fact and time of it, kept as proof the request was actioned.

- Buy, rent or scrape a marketing list.
- Treat an enquiry or a download as consent to market to you.
- Make withdrawal harder than consent.
- Pass your details to a third party for their own marketing.
- Restart marketing after a withdrawal on the strength of an older consent.
- Send a message that hides who it is from.
